Terms & Conditions

• Event host will provide special event insurance if so determined necessary or desired upon agreement with facilitator
• Each participant will be required to sign a waiver releasing all liability for property and/or personal injury from The Glasswalk Experience and owner/ facilitator, Jennifer Germano. Waiver will be co-signed by witness.
• Participants must be 18 years & over.
• This is a sober event. Please respect our sacred container.
• No photography or video recording during event. There may be an opportunity for photos at the closing of our space.

Service Fees:

• $111/ person or privately negotiated large group fee + mileage if event lies outside of the Joshua Tree area.
• Minimum 3 participants
• Arrow break may be added at $25 extra/ person
• Deposit of 50% required at booking with balance due 1 week prior to event.
• Cancellations: Full refund is available if your glasswalk experience is cancelled 1 week or more prior to event. Cancellations made less than 1 week before event will receive a 50% refund.
• The Glasswalk Experience is also available for demonstrations with no participants. Call for information.

We honor the sacred nature of the glass by upholding the highest safety standards. Consent and autonomy are at the heart of every ceremony—participants are invited, never pressured, and may opt out at any time.
